WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK
As an actor that was trained traditionally to perform TV/Film industry–I struggled with commercial auditions. There just wasn’t enough lines for me to find my “beats”, set my “objectives”, or to “up the stakes”.
I scoured the internet looking for commercial audition classes but there just weren’t any.
All I could find were some casting director tips here and there. That’s when I started piecing the tips together and slowly, I was able to go from zero bookings, to 12 commercial bookings in one year!
I decided that I couldn’t keep these tips a secret. I wanted to share them with other actors that were struggling to book commercial work as well.
